 Searching the Timberseek Network

Is it free to search the Timberseek network?

The Trade & Retail service is provided at no cost to the user. This service is available to Trade & Retail end users which may search for Trade & Retail suppliers. We also offer Wholesale Listings in Australia which are available to timber merchants at the cost of AU$179.95 plus GST per 12 months, and Wholesale Listings in both Australia and New Zealand which is provided at the cost of AU$249.95 plus GST, per 12 months. How many people can access a subscription to the Timberseek Network?

The subscriptions are provided on a per user basis. One subscription authorises one user to login to the Timberseek network. For further information visit the Terms & Conditions page.

How long is a subscription valid for?

Subscriptions are provided on an annual basis. This is 12 months from the date of subscription approval.

What timber products will I find in the Timberseek website?

We list an extensive range of timber products from Treated Pine, Jarrah, Gray Iron Bark, Red Gum, Southern Mahogany and Pine in applications such as Parquetry, Decking, Flooring, Framing, Window components, Weatherboards and much more with product listings being updated daily. I cant find what I am looking for.

For those who cant fine the timber they are looking for Timberseek will find the products which are not listed on this site. For standard products this generally takes 24 hours. For those hard to find items, the process may take a few days longer. Send your request HERE!

Does Timberseek get involved in pricing, sales or logistical matters.

Timberseek does not get involved in pricing, purchasing or delivery of any timber products that we may promote or suppliers that we may put you in contact with. Timberseek is an Online Timber Directory. Any pricing should be handles between the subscriber and the supplier.

I don't know what timber product I should be looking for.

If you have a project in mind and don't know what you should be looking for or need help specifying a particular timber product.  Navigating this site

I cant see the website properly. It is either too small or everything looks too big.

This site has been optimised for desktop screen resolution of 1024x768.

How do I change my screen resolution?

Changing your resolution in Windows
a. Go to your desktop and right click on some free space. A menu box will appear.
2. Left click on the Properties button and a large Display Properties box will appear.
3. Select the Settings tab in the Display Properties box.
4. Use the slide bar to adjust your resolution to 1024x768, and then click Okay.
After you have done this, Windows will ask you to confirm that the changes to your resolution is what you want. Click Okay, your monitor will flicker for a second and then pop back to to normal with your new screen resolution. Windows usually asks that you confirm the change, and then you are finished.

Changing your resolution with a Macintosh
For Macintosh operating systems the resolution settings are found under the Apple Menu. Select Control Panel, Monitors and then Sound.

I get the error message "The page cannot be found" The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

If you are seeing this error message it is most likely because we are doing maintenance on the site of have moved a page to another directory. To resolve this error please refresh your page a few times. If this dose not work, please delete your browsing history. This can be done by going to Tools, Internet Options, then under the General Tab go to the Browsing History tab and click on to delete. This should solve your problem.
