Joining Timberseek

business you are registering. You also agree to maintain
and update your company contact details. If
Timberseek has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information
is untrue or inaccurate,
Timberseek has the right to suspend or terminate
your account and refuse any and all current or future use
of
the Timberseek Network.
Username & Password
Usernames, passwords and materials on
this site cannot be reproduced or redistributed unless
you have
obtained
prior
written
permission from
Timberseek. Only the registered user is authorised to
view, copy and print or download the material
on this website.
Subscription
Fees
Timberseek subscription and advertising
fee's are calculated on a yearly basis.
Billing will commence
at the beginning of your subscription and yearly
thereafter until you cancel.
Canceling the Service
You may cancel
your Timberseek subscription or advertisement at any
time. To cancel your account with Timberseek, please write,
fax or mail with your request to cancel. Canceling
your subscription will stop access to the Timberseek
directory or advertising service. The cancellation
will take effect at the end of your billing cycle. There
are no refunds for partial yearly subscription
periods unless cancellation is within
our Guarantee Terms.
